24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

Monarch Salon strives to provide the highest level of customer service to its clients. To ensure this, we require our clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Late arrivals and last-minute cancellations affect not only the stylist's time but that of the following clients who are also on the schedule.

In an effort to curb untimely changes to our scheduling system, please notify us 24 hours prior to your appointment for cancellations.
